The style of the great Gaultier! Happy Birthday!

Jean Paul Gaultier was born at the 24 April 1952 in Arcueil, France. He is a great French haute couture fashion designer and worked as a creative director for Hermès from 2003 to 2010. Gaultier never received formal training as a designer.
In his early days, he sent sketches of famous fashion designers. Pierre Cardin recognized Gaultier's talent and introduced him in 1970 as an assistant. Afterwards he worked with Jacques Esterel in 1971 and Jean Patou later that year, then returning to manage the Pierre Cardin boutique in Manila for a year in 1973.  In his early days, he sent sketches of famous fashion designers. Pierre Cardin recognized Gaultier's talent and introduced him in 1970 as an assistant.

Jean Paul's fashion is known as the "enfant terrible" of French fashion. He designs unique, often barely portable and unusual clothing. It always creates a stir at his shows, as he pierced, overweight, or even older women can present his fashion. The hallmark of Jean Paul Gaultier is still the white long sleeve shirt with blue stripes, which the Navy-style recalls. His haute couture reflects severity, formality and playfulness. Gaultier designed for Madonna in 1990 her daring outfits for the ' Blonde Ambition Tour', and in 2006 for her 'Confessions Tour'.
